Namco Bandai has released a battle PV for its new PS3 RPG Toki no Towa (Time and Eternity). One of the main attracting points of the game is 2D anime-styled graphics for all of the characters, regardless of the situation.
The game will be released in Japan on October 11th. There are no current plans for localization.
